Newest Family Addition

I am no techie but when it comes to gadgets and all those electronics, I make it a point to familiarize myself into it and appreciate its worth. This year, we are fortunate to have the newest family members.

Daphne – she’s an Apple iPad Generation 2 (Wifi) 32GB. It is a gift to our daughter Sam after graduating as a Valedictorian in her Grade school. Daphne is white and her smooth complexion is highlighted by her purplish smart cover. She owns quite a hundred few apps which is basically more on games and photo-editing. A good reason for having her is her compatibility with her relatives Mang Mak (MacBook Pro) and Teban (iPhone4). With just a WiFi signal, all of them really can communicate with each other. The easiness of their use is like floating you to iCloud. Facetime is probably the most favorite of all her apps. When we travel, I just turn on the Personal HotSpot of Teban then Daphne can now access the internet. Her easy-to-open feature makes her a favorite among our parents. Indeed, we welcome Daphne in the family with open arms, so mobile, so lovely, so amazing. 

Hector – he’s a Sony Handycam (HDR) with Projector. Top of the line because of his capacity – 220 GB, there is no need for an external memory, although there is a provision for it. Compatible with iMovie of Mang Mak, Hector is becoming one of my favorites. He came directly from Amazon and so far he amazes me, everytime we use him. His LED projector is clear and crisp, you can use it wherever you go. I remember one time, while we are on our way home from the province, we watched the kids video right at the ceiling of our vehicle, it’s funny and it’s one of a kind. Hector is also a digital camera, while on a movie mode, you can still take pictures. This is one feature I’ve always been longing for in a camcorder and Hector gave me that realization. This sounds weird but I love Hector more.  

Dingdong – he’s a 2012 Toyota Avanza. Finally, a brand-new family car. It’s new and improved design makes the Avanza a hotcake in the market. I have been waiting for this since the year starts. His color is unique from the rest – Dark Steel (kinda sounds like a super hero name). During daytime, he looks bluish but when in dark, he is really dark. Since my kids are getting bigger and bigger, we decided to have a vehicle that can accommodate all of us plus additional room for more. With the oil prices going up as well as the toll fees, having Dingdong on us makes us hold on to our daily budget. It is like having another baby in the family.

These are but some of our blessings that we receive. God has been our sole provider and He never fails us. We always thank Him for giving us another member of the family.
